Options for Customizing Bulletin Inserts

All of our bulletin inserts are available in a format that allows them to be easily customizable after purchase. They are available on flat sheets (approx. 11" x 17") that can easily be trimmed to your desired size by a local printer or office-services store (such as FedEx Office, Staples, Office Max, etc.).

Here are several options for customizing bulletin inserts:

Printing at local printer

Any local printer or office-services store can customize your bulletin inserts. If they cannot print on the full-size press sheets, they can trim the sheets down to their preferred size before printing. Graphic-design services are usually available at these facilities, or you can provide your completed design to the printer using our templates, available here.

Printing on a laser printer or inkjet printer

Because all of our bulletin insert shells are printed on uncoated paper, they can easily be run through your own printer. You will need to have the shells trimmed down to the finished size (8.5" x 5.5" for single-page designs and 8.5" x 11" for two-page designs) prior to printing, but once they are trimmed, they can be easily run through your printer. Stamping or labeling

You can use the open area available on all of the designs to affix a printed label or to stamp your personal information. Because the paper is uncoated, stamp ink will adhere without smearing. Click here to view previews of the blank area on each bulletin insert.
